Tumblewagon in the News
Nathan posted this in Nathan's Log
We’ve been featured in a few articles and I’ve been meaning to add those to the site somewhere. In lieu of creating a “News” section, which isn’t going to happen because it hasn’t yet, I’m just going to post them here for posterity’s sake. Posterity, after all, needs its sake.
- Web Worker Daily discusses the ins and outs of working remotely, ie. disregarding the need to actually physically drop into the office, and they featured us in an article last November.
- Wired Magazine’s Webmonkey interviewed me on how we manage to get things done while being the living embodiment of mobility, which even got us onto Wired’s homepage for awhile. That was good for the ol’ traffic.
- We made it onto Make Magazine’s blog for our video of the Maker Faire in Austin, TX.
- RV West is a magazine mostly focused on RVing in, you guessed it, the West, and they interviewed me awhile back.
- We were featured again, briefly, in a Wired article about nomadic living and working from an RV.
- We had a little guest spot on the IndieTravelPodcast, though I can’t recall which episode. This podcast is put on by a couple who traveled the world for a few years non-stop, and still do, with lots of tips and tricks about hosteling, getting good deals and info about the various places they visit.
- What didn’t make it into the latest Wired interview was recently repurposed by the interviewer into this Unplggd article.
So yeah, toot toot goes our own horn. :)

Toot away, that’s awesome. Now that you guys are huge, I can claim to have “broken the story,” too! :)
